As all items are made to order please allow 3-6 weeks for your item to be made. Accessories will take anything from 1-4 weeks depending on what colours are in stock.
All items are sent Royal Mail First Class Recorded as standard. You can also choose to have your item sent Royal Mail Insured Next Day Delivery (recommended for items over £50). Both methods will require a signature.
Great care is taken to make sure your item reaches you in perfect condition. Each item will be dusted with talc on the inside and pre-shined on the outside, then placed in a polythene bag. This will then be sealed in a padded jiffy bag.
Once your order has been received, if you have selected made to measure you will be contacted via email for your measurements and colour choices. If you have selected a standard size you will still be contacted via email for your colour choices. You will also receive email updates to keep you informed at what stage of the production process your item is at and when it has been shipped.
Payments must be made via Paypal only. If you don't have a Paypal account you can still pay via the Paypal website using your credit or debit card.
Standard sizes can be returned for an exchange or refund providing they are returned in an unworn, unpolished condition with no signs of wear. They must be returned within 7 working days after your request to return has been approved by us. For hygiene reasons, bras and briefs canot be returned.
For made to measure items you must inform us within 48 hours of placing your order that you wish to cancel your order. After this time, you will not be able to cancel your order as the production process would have begun. Made to measure items are non-returnable as they have been made to fit your individual measurements.
DIRTY/PRETTY will not be held responsible for faults due to incorrect or inaccurate measurements given at time of purchase so please check that the measurements you provide are correct.
For all items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving you item to inform us of your intention to return an item or cancel an order.
Delivery costs will not be refunded.
If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please state on all customs declarations that the items contained are returns to the manufacturer.
