Order Information

Once your order has been received you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive email updates to keep you informed of what stage in the production process your garment is at and when it has been shipped.

Payments must be made via Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay via the Paypal website using a debit or credit card.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All items are made to measure as standard, therefore you must inform us within 48 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel your order. After this time, you will not be able to cancel your order as the production process would have begun.
Made to measure items are non-returnable as the latex would have been cut and crafted to fit the measurements you provided. DIRTY/PRETTY will not be held responsible for faults due to incorrect or inaccurate measurements given at time of purchase so please be sure to provide correct measurements. Check the measurement guide on the website or message us if you are unsure! If an item requires adjustments due to incorrect measurements given at time of purchase, there will be a charge for this and the buyer will cover return and re-delivery costs.

Delivery Information
As all items are made to order, please allow 2-4 weeks for your item to be made. Accessories will take 1-3 weeks. Please be aware that these time frames may be extended during busy periods.

Delivery withing the UK is free! All items are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. This is a tracked service so you will receive a tracking number in your dispatch notification email. You can also choose to have your items sent using Royal Mail Insured Next Day Delivery (recommended for items over £50).

We ship worldwide using an International Tracked Service. This will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs/import duties when your parcel arrives in your country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay these charges. Failure to do so will result in the package being returned and the buyer will not receive a refund. The package can be resent if agreed with seller - the buyer is to cover the cost of resending.

Great care is taken to make sure your item reaches you in perfect condition. Each item will be dusted with talc on the inside and pre-shined on the outside, then placed into a polythene bag. This will then be sealed in a padded jiffy bag.
